Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All payments are securely processed and PCI compliant.
Are there any transaction fees?
On paid plans, a small platform fee (currently 1%) is applied to each booking payment processed through Stripe. This is how we keep subscription prices low. Stripe's own processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is deducted separately. Tips from your customers are passed through in full — no platform fee on tips. Free tier does not include payment processing.
What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade when you approach 25 bookings per month. Existing bookings aren't affected — your customers can still view and manage their current appointments. You just won't be able to accept new bookings until you upgrade or the next month starts.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save with annual billing on any paid plan. The exact discount is shown on the toggle above — it works out to multiple months free compared to paying monthly.
