What is the Business Microsite?

The microsite is a fully hosted mini-website for your business, accessible at quotelab.io/site/your-business-slug. It includes up to seven pages: a homepage with hero section and about text, a services page with your pricing, a reviews page with customer ratings, a before/after photo gallery, a contact page with an inquiry form, a team page, and an integrated booking page. No coding or external hosting required.

How to Enable Your Microsite

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Microsite tab and toggle the “Enable Microsite” switch on. Once enabled, your site is immediately live and accessible. You can preview it by clicking the “Preview” button next to the URL.

Customizing Your Site

The Microsite settings tab lets you customize several aspects of your site:

• Hero Section — Set a custom headline, subheadline, and banner image that appear at the top of your homepage. If you leave these blank, defaults based on your business name and vertical are used.
• About — Write a description of your business that appears on the homepage. Tell customers what makes you different.
• Section Visibility — Toggle which sections appear on your site. You can show or hide Services, Reviews, Gallery, Contact, Team, and the Contact Form independently.

Social Links

Add links to your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. These appear in the footer of your microsite so customers can find and follow you on social media. Leave any field blank to hide that platform.

Photo Gallery

The gallery page automatically pulls before/after photos from your completed bookings. As you upload photos during the job flow (before, during, and after), they become available in your gallery. This gives potential customers visual proof of your work quality without any extra effort.

Contact Form

When the contact form is enabled, visitors can submit their name, email, phone number, and a message. Each submission automatically creates a customer record in your CRM and sends you an email notification. This means every inquiry is captured as a lead you can follow up on from your dashboard.

Custom Domains

If you have a custom domain configured in Custom Domain settings, your microsite is also accessible via that domain. This lets you serve your microsite from your own branded URL for a fully professional appearance.

SEO & Sharing

Your microsite includes proper meta tags, Open Graph data, and structured information so it looks great when shared on social media or found in search results. The page title uses your business name and vertical, and the description is auto-generated from your about text. Share the URL on Instagram, Facebook, business cards, vehicle wraps, or your Google Business Profile.

Plan Differences

All plans include access to the microsite feature. On the Free plan, a small “Powered by QuoteLab” badge appears in the footer. On Pro and above, the badge is removed for a fully branded experience.
